The Bluebirds face 2nd placed TNS on Saturday (13th) of March for a 5.15pm kick off at the Bridge Meadow. The cameras will descend on Pembrokeshire as the game will be aired live on Sgorio.

Last Time Out

The Bluebirds suffered a defeat on Tuesday night at the hands of Aberystwyth Town, after enjoying back-to-back wins. County headed to Mid-Wales in good form, having won the last two games, against Barry Town United and most recently Cardiff Met, however it was not the Bluebirds’ night. Jamie Reed threatened twice in the first half, before volleying home at the start of the second half to give the home side the lead. Ben Fawcett equalised for County with 10 minutes left in the match, a game in which Jazz Richards made his debut. However, Bluebirds hearts were broken as Lee Jenkins scored a last minute winner.

TNS’ return to football came last weekend as they faced Bala Town at home in front of the Sgorio cameras. The game finished 0-0, with both sides giving it a good go, but failing to find the net.

The Reverse Fixture

The reverse fixture was also attended by the Sgorio cameras back in October, where fans were treated to an exciting game. Jack Wilson was in good form that day, and gave the Bluebirds a shock lead in the first half. Ben Clarke headed home at the back post to equalize for TNS before half time. However, the Bluebirds continued to fight and took the lead once again. Kieran Lewis danced through the defence and was subsequently fouled in the box. Penalty-scorer in chief Danny Williams tucked away to give the Bluebirds a slender lead. Unfortunately, it was not to be for the Bluebirds, as a Sean Pemberton own goal, and a Blaine Hudson winner in the final minute denied the away side any points.

The last time TNS visited Haverfordwest was back in 2015, where the eventual champions that season triumphed 4-0 over the Bluebirds. The home side will be hoping for better result this weekend.

The match (5.15pm ko) will have live updates on Twitter as well as being televised on Sgorio
